- We accept all major credit cards through PayPal checkout
- Canadian orders are subject to GST/HST depending on province of residence as all Canadian orders are shipped from our office in Toronto, Canada
Shipping
- All orders are shipped within one business day
- American orders are shipped from our office in Niagara Falls, NY, and Canadian orders are shipped from our office in Toronto, Canada. This way, NO customs, tariffs, or duties will be charged.
- Fully tracked shipping for orders over $150 is FREE (7-10 business days)
- If you prefer expedited shipping (2-5 business days), please select the premium shipping service at checkout, if available
- Some exceptions apply for larger and bulkier items
Returns
- We back our products with a 14-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! (Item must be in the same condition as received)
- We do not charge restocking fees
- Please contact us at info@dealzeez.com for an RMA number prior to shipping the return. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
Defective Items: Defective items will be credited only after matching the serial number with the one in our records (if applicable). We are aware of all fraud cases and have all item details in our records.
