Payment
- We accept all major credit cards through PayPal checkout
- Canadian orders are subject to GST/HST depending on province of residence as all items are shipped from our office in Toronto, Canada
- Dealzeez processes all orders in Canadian Dollars. While the content of your cart is currently displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using Canadian Dollars at the most current exchange rate
Shipping
- All orders are shipped from our office in Toronto, Canada within one business day
- Fully tracked shipping to Canada for orders over CAD $100 is FREE (7-10 business days)
- If you prefer expedited shipping (2-5 business days), please select the premium shipping service at checkout, if available
- Some exceptions apply for larger and bulkier items
- Orders under CAD $100 are subject to a $7.00 shipping fee unless otherwise stated
Returns
- We back our products with a 14-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! (Item must be in the same condition as received)
- We do not charge restocking fees
- Please contact us at info@dealzeez.com for an RMA number prior to shipping the return. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
Defective Items: Defective items will be credited only after matching the serial number with the one in our records (if applicable). We are aware of all fraud cases and have all item details in our records.
