  • Orders ship from:

    • Toronto, ON (Canada)
  • We ship domestically within each country to avoid:
    • Customs delays
    • Duties or import fees
  • Free tracked shipping on orders over $150 (estimated 7–10 business days)
  • Expedited shipping (2–5 business days) may be available at checkout
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier
  • Some oversized or bulky items may require adjusted shipping timelines or additional charges.

Returns

  • We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items.

    Return conditions:

    • Item must be returned in the same condition as received
    • All included accessories and components must be returned
    • Items must not show additional damage beyond what was originally described
    • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

    • We do not charge restocking fees

    How to request a return:

      • Reason for return
      • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
    2. We will review your request within 1–3 business days
    3. If approved:
      • You will receive return instructions

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
  • We cover return shipping if the item is:
    • Defective
    • Damaged
    • Incorrect
    • Not as described

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Partial refunds may apply if:
