How to Start a Return
Please email info@dealzeez.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Returns shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
- It must be in the original packaging (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Intimate wear and swimwear
- Certain health and personal care items
If an item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be issued.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original method of payment.
