At Dealzeez, we aim to provide a transparent and fair return process. This policy outlines the conditions, timelines, costs, and steps required for returns and refunds.

- Return window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Item condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all included parts, accessories, and packaging where applicable.
- Used & open-box items: In addition to new, we also sell items in used, refurbished, or open-box condition. Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described. Cosmetic wear consistent with the condition described on the product page is not considered a defect.
- Return process: Customers must contact us at info@dealzeez.com with their order number, return reason, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Return review time: Requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days.
- Return shipping costs: Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Dealzeez covers return shipping for defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items.
- Refund timeline: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Non-returnable items: Final sale items, items marked non-returnable, and items with additional damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is returned in the same condition in which it was received (including any stated wear or defects)
- The item includes all original packaging, accessories, and components (where applicable)
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
Items must not show additional damage, wear, or alteration beyond what was originally described or shown at the time of purchase.
2. Used, Refurbished & Open-Box Items
We sell products in various conditions, including Used, Refurbished, and Open Box.
For these items:
- The condition is disclosed on the product page, including any cosmetic or functional notes
- Returns are accepted if:
- The item is not as described, or
- The item is defective or not functioning as intended
- Normal wear consistent with the listed condition (e.g., minor scratches, signs of prior use) is not considered a defect
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Items returned with new or additional damage not present at delivery
4. Return Timeframe
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days
- Returns received outside this timeframe may be refused
5. Return Process
To start a return:

- We will respond within 1–3 business days
- If approved:
- You will receive return instructions and the return address

- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
